| The beautiful Yu Yuan Road meets 2010EXPO with new visage |
If we quote the poem of Tagore, the Bund in Shanghai is like summer flowers, well then Yu Yuan Road is like autumn leaves.
 
Today is April 14, 2010 and there are 17 days to Shanghai EXPO. SIS shanghai is locate at Yu Yuan road, it is a famous road in Shanghai. Now the road has been repainted, the famous protected buildings are waiting the EXPO with the unique taste of old Shanghai. Our staffs are proud of the new look of Yu Yuan road. We hope that the EXPO can be successful and show the style and features of Shanghai to the world.
Some famous history constructions on Yu Yuan road
No. 218: Paramont Ballroom
No. 699: Yan Garden, former residence of Yan Yutang. It is an independent garden house of Europe and it is build at 1920 by a Germany doctor. 1940, the garden was bought by Yan Yutang.
No. 749, lane 63: The residence of Li Shiqun, he was the minister of the police and politics department of the puppet government of Wang Jingwei in the past time.
No. 65: The residence of Zhou Fohai, he was the mayor of Shanghai of the puppet government of Wang Jingwei in the past time.
No.67: The residence of Wu Sibao, he was a captain of the headquarters of No.76 secret service.
No. 750, lane 20: the former residence of Deng Yanda, he was the leader of the education department of Huang Pu Military Academy.
No. 754: Tong Ren Hospital.
No. 1136, Lane 31: The former residence of Wang Jingwei. Now it is Shanghai Changning District Youngster Activity Centre.
